Momentum Occupational Therapy is dedicated to providing personalised service to you in your home, at your school, at our clinic or via Telehealth.
Our clinic is based in West Gosford. It is close to public transport and there is parking available. The building is accessible and we have a variety of consultation rooms to cater to you and your family’s needs.
We are able to support both adult and paediatric clients. We offer functional capacity assessments, home modifications, wheelchair prescriptions and can support you with a variety of assistive technology options.

In just a few short months my son has improved his readiness for school, we were really concerned that the leap would be too much for him but we can see the improvement in his skills and are excited for his journey into kindergarten to start next year.
Our office is open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
