NDIS
We are a registered NDIS service provider. We are able to work with NDIS participants to ensure they are getting the most out of their NDIS plan. We can help you understand how much funding you have available for Occupational Therapy, Assistive Technology and Home Modifications. We can also create Functional Assessment Reports to support you to get the funding you require in your plan review.
Chronic Disease Individual Allied Health Services
If you have a Chronic Disease you are eligible for 5 Allied Health sessions to be subsidised by medicare each calendar year. You require your GP to complete a general practitioner management plan and refer for Occupational therapists – item 10958. Please note there is a gap charge.
